It’s not easy to separate the wheat from the chaff when it comes to products. Aesthetic packaging is never a reliable indicator. In fact, brand packaging these days seems to all blur and converge towards a predictable B/B+ range in an attempt to appeal to the Gen-Z palette, whatever that means… (no, adding one more neon color or curvy font will not convince us to buy your algae-based moisturizer). And we don’t trust influencers (often paid to promote) or online reviews (often incentivized). Honesty is such a lonely word.
So here we are back to our company ethos: Relying on our trust-y friends and friends of friends! In this issue, we bring your attention to the few products you NEED to know about to achieve the best “no makeup makeup look”… culled from Claire’s on-set experiences as a model. TooD Turn It On Soap Brows: For soapy, bushy brows. Super natural.
ColourPop So Juicy Plumping Gloss: Professional MUAs LOOOVE this. Forget expensive lip oils and glosses. This does the trick.

Clarins Lip Comfort Oil: Ok our cousin told us about this dupe for the Dior lip oil. Love it so much more bc it’s not sticky. Chloe got the shade Peace and Lips (Eucalyptus) and the green color turns into a natural pink. Hydrating and so fun to use.
Woodbury Common 4eva
Vuori (particularly the DreamKnit line): Didn’t know much about Vuori, but our brother worked there this summer and had a hefty friends & fam discount. Not sure if we would have been incentivized to try this brand otherwise, but we’re never going back. The DreamKnit collection is SOOO soft and made of 89% recycled materials. The Lee family’s airport uniform.
Filorga Face Mask: This specific mask is marketed as an anti-aging treatment, but we’ve found that it really helps with redness and dry skin. Instant hydration boost and your skin feels sooo soft after use. You see results pretty quickly ;)

Neon Pink Stanford Cap: University merch is almost always a hit or miss. Hard not to come off too proud/braggy or just cheesy. IDK how this neon number ended up on The RealReal… irreverent….LOVE
Heaven by Marc Jacobs BFF Necklaces: BFF necklaces have always been around, but it’s about time they get a reboot. This one from the idiosyncratic designer himself. Yes Selleb Sisters are BFFs <3 <3
