Welcome to the 12th edition of "What I Actually Bought”! You are receiving this because you are a Selleb Loyalist and on the early access waitlist for Selleb 2.0, the anti-gatekeeping app we are currently building. It’s a pivot from Selleb 1.0, a platform where celebs (Sellebs) sold their pre-loved items. Please enjoy our weekly newsletter of musings, hacks & discoveries on fashion and beauty while awaiting our new app launch…
Hiiiii to all our new readers and welcome to our trusted shopping community <3 At Selleb, we’re all about sharing favorite finds and inviting honest conversations around products. We believe that our itemized purchase histories are the ingredients that form our idiosyncratic tastes.
As most of you know, receipts are at the core of what we’re building. After all, proof of purchase is the best indicator of personal endorsement.
Below, we’re including our current favorites, your current favorites, and sales. We’d love for you to get involved and share your favorite purchases with us if you haven’t already <3
If you want to share your awesome purchase(s) and have a chance to be featured in our future newsletters, pls forward your emailed order confirmation(s) to [email protected]! Feel free to add a one-sentence review. As always, we’ll check in with you to coordinate details before we post.
What I Actually Bought
Selleb Sisters’ current beauty go-to’s: Nounou conditioner (irresistible scent & does wonders for brittle hair texture), innisfree sunscreen (we swear by this — so lightweight and NO white streaks), Tower 28 highlight balm (subtle and natural highlight glow)
Photo creds: Amazon

Nike ribbed dress (lots of options on Poshmark too like here and here): They were sold out of our size so Claire found it on eBay for a great deal! Comfortable and flattering don’t always go hand in hand, but this dress is it. Now on the hunt to get this in other colors.

Cirrus 3 Iron Steamer: Portable, sleek, ergonomic… we’re never using anything else. We’ve probably tried every steamer under the sun from affordable to luxury — you don’t have to! It’s definitely on the pricier side, but most cheaper alternatives have such absurdly short lifespans. This is worth every penny.

R+Co High Dive: Use this after you shower to minimize frizz and maximize moisture. Another shoutout to Ditto, an app we use to get incredible discounts.

Love a good deal
Diptyque: Ok kind of a basic and expensive brand, but we have to give you the lowdown on this incredible haul. 1. Their hand soap and lotion are next level if you’re looking to indulge. 2. La Droguerie is your antidote to fight any persistent odors (specifically in the kitchen). 3. Baies in black is sexy. 4. Eau Plurielle is a new discovery. Spray your sheets with this. SO extra, but trust us, you will wake up every morning smelling fresh as a daisy.
